The Job
The FA's Learning division wanted us to mail out pre-printed postcards to newly qualified Level 1 Football Coaches, in order to remind them about the FA membership scheme and encourage sign-ups to the scheme.
The Solution
On a weekly basis, Coachwise obtains a list of newly qualified Level 1 Football Coaches and uses this list to generate mailing labels, which are then affixed to the pre-printed postcards.
This involves generating data from the database, producing the labels, affixing these to the postcards and then mailing these to the recipients three weeks after they have qualified.
The Results/Benefits
These postcards remind all newly qualified FA Level 1 Football Coaches that they are eligible to join the FA's membership scheme. Taking the logistical process out of The FA's hands, Coachwise managed process effectively for The FA.
