The Job
All companies that process, store or transmit credit card information must adhere to strict new regulations laid out by The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard – in short, they must be PCI compliant (PCI DSS). The FA needed to update its website to become PCI compliant, and as the website in question sold the FA's Learning products a quick and effective solution was required.
The Solution
Using our expertise, we implemented a software solution that is hosted on an effective PCI compliant platform. The new site is able to highlight featured products and allows customers to rate and review them, and to redeem special discounts and promotions. It also provides a useful search facility.
The new FA website is extremely user-friendly and enables customers to manage their accounts online, track their deliveries through Parcel Force and view extracts from books, DVDs and media. In addition to this, the client is also able to use polls to generate valuable customer opinion and link with affiliates when required. The new site is an integrated e-commerce platform that adds value to users and the client alike.
The FA’s integration with Coachwise's mail order scheme provides it with a seamless order processing and highlights just how effective such a solution can be. The site also works in conjunction with Google Analytics, which provides the client with industry-standard reporting and benchmarking.
The Results/Benefits
This solution has provided The FA with a secure, PCI compliant site, ensuring that all online trading is fully in line with legal requirements. The site has met all targets outlined and agreed with the client at the start of the project.
What the Client Says
“A really good solution that FA Learning required to meet legal obligations, but delivered so much more. Coachwise took all the responsibility for delivering a PCI compliant site and developed it within our brand guidelines. It looks good, it works and it ticks all the boxes.”
