The Job
In order to keep up with current developments in e-commerce, England Netball needed to introduce new levels of functionality to its website. All companies that process, store or transmit credit card information must also adhere to strict new regulations laid out by The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). With this in mind, a PCI compliant e-commerce website was needed to enable England Netball to sell products to its customers and members.
The Solution
For England Netball we implemented a software solution that is hosted on a trusted PCI compliant platform. The new site is able to highlight featured products, allows customers to read about, rate and review products, and redeem special discounts and promotions, and provides a comprehensive search facility.
England Netball’s e-commerce website is user-friendly, allowing customers to manage their accounts online, track their deliveries through Parcel Force and view extracts from books, DVDs and media. In addition to this, the site uses polls that generate valuable customer insight for the Marketing Team. The new site is an all-inclusive e-commerce platform that adds value to user and client alike.
The integration with Coachwise's mail order scheme provides England Netball with seamless order processing, providing an effective integration of Coachwise services. The site also works in conjunction with Google Analytics, providing the client with industry-standard reporting and benchmarking, which influences business decisions.

England Netball now benefits from a secure, PCI compliant site that ensures all online trading adheres to best practice and goes beyond legal requirements. The site hit all targets and benchmarks agreed with the client as part of the development project.
